ISQ is the peak body for independent schools in Queensland, providing advocacy, sector leadership, and support services to a network of more than 230 schools. For suppliers, that's a significant and consistent source of procurement activity - accessed through one trusted channel.

 

ISQ Buyer Connect

FP Software partnered with ISQ in January 2026 and had a customised, branded platform live just two months later. Schools use it to source goods and services, connect with suppliers, and keep clear records of purchasing decisions - without the back-and-forth that usually comes with it.

 

The platform is designed to work for both schools and suppliers. Schools get a more consistent procurement process. Suppliers get a profile, relevant quote requests, and a direct connection to schools that are actively buying.

 

It also includes a News page where ISQ keeps schools up-to-date with the latest procurement initiatives, and a Buy-Swap-Sell Marketplace where schools list, source, and donate surplus items within the network. Procurement through a sustainability lens.
